The New Black edited by Richard Thomas

The New Black is the best collection of stories that I've read in a long, long time. Each stands on it's own; there are no weaklings here.
My particular favorite is "Dial Tone" from Benjamin Percy.
Richard Thomas has done a wonderful job.
